Shipping Policy
All sales are in Canadian funds.
All customer information is private and will not be distributed.
Orders will usually be shipped within 1-2 business days after being placed.
If a product is backordered the customer will be contacted via email as to when the product will be available for shipment.
Shipping to a PO Box is unavailable.
All credit card transactions are secured through PayPal (See www.paypal.com for more security details).
Reinhold Manufacturing does not store credit card numbers.

Shipping is FREE on ALL orders to Canada and the US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). All shipments will be sent UPS Standard or Purolator Standard service.
For orders outside Canada and the continental US please email us with a complete address at sales@reinholdmfg.com for shipping rates. Please allow two business days for a response.
For international shipping, the customer is responsible for local import taxes.
Return Policy
Reinhold Manufacturing allows returns of unused product for 30 days after the purchase date.
For all returns, a Return Authorization number must be obtained before a return will be accepted. Please email sales@reinholdmfg.com for an RA #.
All returned items must be in new/original condition and packaging. Used or damaged products will be refused.
The purchase price will be refunded in full less a %15 restocking fee and our original shipping costs.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including brokerage and duty.
Warranty Policy
Reinhold Manufacturing Ltd. provides a one-year limited parts and labour warranty for defective goods.
To return a defective product to us, phone or email to request a Return Authorization number.
All packages shipped to us without an RA # will be refused. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay all return shipping costs,
including brokerage and duty fees. COD returns will be refused. Any brokerage and duty fees will be charged to the customer.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
If the returned product is under warranty Reinhold Manufacturing Ltd. will pay to return the repaired product to you.
All balances on repairs must be paid in full before product is returned.
